Welcome to the Kimye-Amber Rose Peace Accords… or something like that. Last night, both Kim Kardashian and her husband Kanye West‘s ex Rose posted a selfie together, evidently squashing the Twitter beef between Mr. Kim Kardashian — Kanye West — and Rose, West’s ex-girlfriend. You may remember that West mocked Rose in his Twitter beef with Wiz Khalifa, at which point Rose blasted West in a blistering mic-drop-worthy rebuttal. Since then, West apologized for bringing Rose and Khalifa’s child into the debate.

Kardashian’s caption, “Tea anyone?” was subtle while Rose’s broader comic sensibilities went for broke with “Swingers.” The sportsmanlike show of content creation could represent any (or all) of these hot takes:
- A moving testament to the power of forgiveness.
- A shrewd and calculating ploy for even more attention.
- Kris Jenner’s idea.
- Evidence that peace in the Middle East is possible.
- True Detective Season 3.
- Synergy.
Whatever insight you glean from the content war’s conclusion (or temporary ceasefire) you have to hand it to Kim and Amber—they look great. And it looks like they’re both taking the high road and acting like, you know, adults.
